Didn't fit me but beautiful bras and great customer service!

EDIT: The owner, Corinne, replied to my original review and offered to send me a different style/size for free that she thought might work better. Unfortunately it still didn't fit me personally, but I am very pleased with the customer service and will be recommending this company to others!

First, there were some things I absolutely loved about these bras. They are gorgeous, lacy, and sexy and I would have worn them every single day if they had fit. I also loved that the packaging was completely plastic-free (except for the mailer it came in). That's a huge win in my books.

Unfortunately, they didn't fit me at all and they are not made for busty women. To be honest I'm pretty confused about how bra sizes work so I don't actually know my exact size... but I do know I have at least DDD size cups, but my band size is like a 32 so I don't actually fit into the size chart they give. I ordered a medium and it was way too small but the way I'm shaped (small ribcage and ridiculously huge boobs from breastfeeding) I don't think a larger size would have fit me much better (I've had a lot of trouble finding bras ANYWHERE that fit me right).

Also, there is only one hook on the back to fasten them. I have never seen a bra with one hook! I'd be worried my bra would come unhooked all the time! Especially the larger sizes, bigger boobs need more support and an extra hook or two to feel secure.

That said, I was very satisfied with the return process. You do have to pay for return shipping but I was able to send them back no problem and got my refund a few days later. Wish I could have kept them though.
